The Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is a boiler induced draft fan designed in conjunction with industrial boilers that use various coal qualities and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices (1t/h~20t/h), with a maximum total pressure efficiency of 90.5%. It can be used for boilers with similar inlet conditions and performance, but the maximum temperature does not exceed 250 ℃.
There are currently many series of industrial boilers, and the quality of coal used varies greatly. The resistance of the dust collector used is also different, and the air volume and pressure of the induced draft fan vary greatly. In order to adapt to the above situation, considering the economy of the fan, except for the induced draft fan of the 20 ton/hour boiler, which adopts D-type transmission due to its high power, the rest adopts V-belt (C-type) transmission. This not only meets the requirements of various dust collectors for the same tonnage boiler with the same machine number but also reduces the number of fan series, but also facilitates the user to change the spindle speed according to the actual situation to obtain the desired ideal air volume and pressure.
Fan Type
1. The induced draft mechanism is single suction, usually with seven machine numbers: No.4, No.5, No.6, No.8, No.9, No.12, and No.12.4;
2. The induced draft fan can be made into two types: left-handed and right-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it becomes right-handed, represented by "right"; On the contrary, it is the left cyclone machine, represented by "left".
3. The position of the air outlet is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, which can be made into four angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, and 180 ° on both sides;
Structure and characteristics
The Y5-47 fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part, regulating door and other parts;
1. Impeller - consisting of 12 backward inclined flat blades made of 16Mn material, welded between the conical front plate and the flat rear plate. After static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed operation experiments, it runs smoothly and reliably, has strong strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
2. Shell - welded with steel plates to form a snail shell as a whole, suitable for rotating left and right for sizes 8 and above.
3. Air inlet - The converging and dispersing air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed to one side of the air inlet of the casing with bolts.
4. Transmission - The transmission spindle is made of high-quality steel and uses rolling bearings; There are two types of bearing housings available for users to choose from, namely integral and split bearing housings. When placing an order, it must be specified that the overall structure is lubricated with 30 # engine oil, and the split transmission is lubricated with molybdenum disulfide grease. Oil level markings and thermometers are available for No. 8 and above, and there is a water cooling device. A water supply pipe is required with a water consumption of 0.5-1m3/h. For No. 6 and below, a fan is used for self cooling, and two semi-circular fan blades are used for self cooling between the casings. For No. 8-12.4, two parallel bearing seats are used.
5. Regulating door - used to adjust the air volume, axially installed in front of the air inlet, flexible in rotation, with adjustable range of fully open and fully closed. For valves above No.8, petal type is used, and for valves below No.6, disc valve type is used. To ensure the normal operation of the regulating door, good lubrication must be maintained, and expansion grease is used.
